Conditions for Returns
You may return or exchange an item if:
- The product received is damaged, defective, or not as described.
- The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the order.
- The item is in its original packaging, unopened, and unused.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for:
- Opened or used products.
- Perishable items like dry fruits and teas unless they arrive in a damaged or compromised condition.
Steps to Process a Return

- Inspection: Once the return request is approved, ship the item back to us. We will inspect the product upon receipt.
- Resolution: After the inspection, we will offer one of the following:

- A refund (processed within 7-10 business days).
Shipping Costs for Returns
- If the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or wrong item), we will bear the return shipping cost.
- If the return is due to a change of mind or personal reasons, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost.
